The cooperative has been registered with the Division Cooperative Office at Lalitpur on July 2 for the purpose of economic, social and cultural transformation of the members through cooperatives. According to the cooperatives's global values and principles, the organization has been serving its members and serving social responsibility since its inception. Lalitpur, Kathmandu Bhaktapur, Kavrepalanchok, Dhading, Makawanpur and Chitwan are the approved jurisdictions of the organization, which is cooperating for the economic, social and cultural transformation of the members by adopting the principle of "Cooperative for Sustainable Development Goals". The organization aims to contribute to the economic development by providing members with the first choice of financial solutions and providing members with appropriate, competitive, quality financial and non-financial services and counseling.
